We are looking for a **Customer Support Specialist** who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.

As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Technical Support Department. You will be responsible of managing efficiently and according to the internal policy, the customer’s queries while ensuring and maximizing the customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Being the first line of support to customers.
- Manage customer requests by transferring the issue (equipment repair, maintenance, improvements) to the technical team.
- Processing requests, recording data, and service orders.
- Owning the service order process, from the opening to its resolution.
- Managing via phone the queries form our service network, sales teams, and customers.
- Supporting the technical/clinical staff of the laboratory regarding equipment malfunction, service requests, time periods for interventions and resolution of questions.
- University degree in bioscience or relevant experience in the industry.
- +3 years of experience providing client support.
- Working knowledge of SAP (Minerva) and MS Office.
- Native level of Spanish and fluent English and Portuguese.
- Strong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skills.
- Capable of working independently, exercise judgement and solve difficult problems.
- Able to explain scientific complex solutions to all publics.
