We are searching for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Headquarters in Barcelona. If you have at least 7 years of experience and a fluent level of english do not hesitate to keep reading
**In this role you will**:
Define, analyze, and control the annual budget covering the P&L, Cash Flow and Capex.
- Consolidation of the Group monthly of all subsidiaries National and International
- Conduct Managament Reports understanding what happens and propose solutions.
- Control of Cash Flow of all restaurants and manage the Group Treasury.
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
- Development of reports and operational KPIs.
- Propose, lead and contribute to implement new systems to automatize and simply process.
- Coordinate and ensure the right presentation of the Audits.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for decision making.
- Be the link of support to other department to guarantee they get the right information to accomplish their goals.
**What you need to be successful**
Graduates in Business Administration, Economics or similar field.
- Proven experience in the financial management, budgeting, P&L and Capex analysis.
- Experience in audit preparations and ensuring compliance in financial regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar.
- Advanced user of MS-Office (Master in Excel)
- Good English skills (writing and presentations)
- Critical approach, analytical and methodical
- Organized and details oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills and empathetic
