We are looking for a **Regional Manager** to lead and oversee our operations in **Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management** - Oversee the day-to-day running of tours in **Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid**, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
- **Partner Relations** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with **restaurants, bars, and local businesses** to enhance our tours.
- **Guide Management** - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of **passionate guides**, fostering a culture of excellence.
- **Scheduling** - Coordinate tour and guide schedules across multiple cities.
- **Quality Control** - Collect feedback, monitor tour quality, and **implement improvements**.
- **Financial Oversight** - Manage budgets efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- **Travel** - The role requires regular travel to:
- **Madrid** - Approximately **once a week or once a fortnight**.
- **Lisbon** - Approximately **once every 2-3 weeks**.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Proven experience** in the tourism or hospitality industry, ideally managing **multi-city operations**.
- A strong understanding of the **food, beverage, and cultural scene** in Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** - confident in building relationships with partners and teams.
- Highly **organized and detail-oriented** with the ability to **manage multiple tasks and locations**.
- Proficient in **English and Spanish** (additional languages are a plus).
- A problem-solver with **an independent and proactive approach**.
- Comfortable with **regular travel** to Madrid and Lisbon.

**Important Contract Details**:
- **Start Date**: March 17th, 2025.
- **Probationary Period**: 3 months.
- **The contract will be issued from a UK company**.
- The applicant **must have the right to live and work in Spain** without needing a Spanish contract. **Residency or appropriate visa status is required**.
Pay: From 2,000.00€ per month
