Como Concierge, serás responsable de atender todas las necesidades y solicitudes de los huéspedes, garantizando su satisfacción en cada interacción, al tiempo que promoverás una imagen de lujo, exclusividad y hospitalidad. **Responsabilidades principales**: - Atención al cliente de lujo. - Gestión de solicitudes y reservas. - Gestión de atenciones y clientes VIP. - Conocimiento local y recomendaciones personalizadas. - Resolución de problemas. - Colaboración con otros departamentos. - Mantenimiento de relaciones con proveedores. - Control administrativo. - Representar la filosofía y los valores de Brach Madrid y Evok Collection en todo momento, siendo un embajador del lujo, la elegancia y el servicio personalizado. **Requisitos del puesto**: - Experiência mínima: 2-3 años como Concierge en hoteles de lujo (5), preferiblemente en destinos urbanos. - Idiomas: Nível avanzado de español e inglés (oral y escrito); conocimiento de un tercer idioma es altamente valorado (francés, italiano, alemán, etc.). **Habilidades**: - Excelente capacidad de comunicación, organización y gestión del tiempo. - Atención al detalle, proactividad y habilidades excepcionales de resolución de problemas. - Conocimiento profundo de las atracciones, cultura y vida social de Madrid. **Competencias**: - Orientación al cliente de lujo. - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples solicitudes simultáneamente. - Actitud profesional, discreción y sentido de la confidencialidad.
