As a humble family business that started 70 years ago, popularly known as AMW now a fully-owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group (AFG) of United Arab Emirates, is one of the pioneers in the Automotive industry in Sri Lanka.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fully or partially qualified in Professional Marketing qualification (SLIM/CIM).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing,
- Possess digital marketing skills with understanding of current trends, tools and knowledge in google analytics, lead generation and conversion.
- Good knowledge in financials, budgeting, specific allocations, and industry knowledge in ATL/BTL
- Updated knowledge on mass communications with a good understanding of the media, advertising, and PR industry.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing marketing & communication strategy in line with the divisional business plan and development of long-term digital media strategies with multi-channel execution.
- Work with external media agencies to drive performance in support of marketing objectives and actively engage with the respective AMW brands, agencies and divisions to ensure alignment of their digital media strategies.
- Improve Customer Experience in Showrooms/Workshops by supporting Sales/After Sales Front line teams with Merchandizing, Training, & POS materials.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement and customer communication strategies for the entire customer lifecycle across AMW group and CRM engagement to drive customer growth & retention.
