Oracle Communications solutions span the communications industry landscape - from 3G, 4G, and 5G experience to UCaaS / CCaaS / SD-WAN session delivery and control solutions - enabling service providers and enterprises to deliver and monetize innovative digital services, build strong customer relationships, and streamline operations.

Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (CGBU) represents Oracle in the Telecommunications industry. Oracle CGBU is responsible for the development, marketing, sales and consulting for Oracle Communications specific products, and leads Oracle’s strategy in the communications industry. The Oracle Communications portfolio consists of the following products:

- Diameter Signalling Router,
- Performance Intelligence Center
- Session Border Controller,
- Signalling Transfer Point,
- Policy and Charging Router Function,
- 5G core network

In this position, you will act as Senior Sales Consultant Manager of Oracle Communications products in multiple network environments within the EMEA region. We expect you to behave as a fully competent professional who has a broad understanding of Service Provider network solutions and industry best practices, managing the Sales Consultant team supporting the Enterprise Business in the region. As a Manager you will be responsible for:

- Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business and technical objectives for the region are achieved.
- Manage complex projects that require technical and business expertise.
- Manage and controls activities related to the technical sales support for the customers in the region, encompassing products to offer, solution pitching, a gathering of requirements and defects escalations.
- Focus on best practices and process improvements ensuring effective execution of operational plan while meeting Corporate requirements.
- Interface to the key customers in the region to discuss the network evolution namely.
- Unify Communications and the evolutions towards SaaS and the Cloud, in order to influence and steer the technology strategy and technical choices.
- Develop trustful and seamless relationships for the mid/long term business with the key customers of the region.
- Tight relation with Product Line Manager for the product and solutions for the Enterprises.

**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10+ years experience in the telephony, IP, Signaling, VoIP and/or networking industries.
- Expert level knowledge of Service Provider voice communications, data networking, Network Function Virtualization and Cloud Computing.
- Expert level knowledge in the design and deployment of the SIP signalling protocol.
- Prior experience in supporting sales team selling system level products and services to Telecommunications Service Providers requiring complex strategic, solution selling skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and passion for market and business development
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field.
- Travelling is expected, up to 50% of the time, to support the team members and executive customer meetings.

Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
