**The Role**

In the Workplace Team we are looking for a Junior Office Manager to help us on the objective of keeping the organisation running smoothly by providing administrative and logístical support to all the departments of the company.

Your mission is to take care of the well being of the office, your role will be key for the life at kantox experience creating a nice office environment.

This position will support the day to day office management with the best customer service to all our coworkers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Take care of the switchboard (answer incoming calls, forward calls, take and send messages, manage the voice mail)
- Provide general support to visits: being a great host
- Partner with the People Team to support on the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
- Work with Torre Mapfre's security team by requesting and cancelling access cards, access to the building for all the on-site meetings with externals
- Take care of the access to the London office through the WeWork platform.
- Organising the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year proven experience as an office manager, receptionist, office assistant or similar, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, and other languages are highly desirable.
- Proactive, decisive and organized
- Problem solving and prioritising skills
- People person with excellent communication skills (there will be many people that will require your help)
- Detail oriented and multitasking
- Easy-going and flexible
- A fast learner with a natural can-do attitude
