We are looking for an office manager for **Itnig **to help us take the company to the next level.
We are looking for an incredibly energetic, eager to grow and learn person to board our ship and help us conquer the world. She/he will be in charge of the office space where our startups live.
**About us**
**Itnig** is a coworking space, located in Barcelona. Currently is known by all the startups community they hold. Some of our startups / clients are Factorial, Quipu, Camaloon. So yes, this is not a job offer for Factorial, but Itnig, the mother of Factorial. In this role you will be working for Factorial and all the Itnig startup and coworking, but not in Factorial.

The Role_**
**Your Mission**
To run the office and facilities efficiently with the best service vocation to all our coworkers.
**What will I be doing?**
- Manage visitors, packages, and deliveries
- Being in charge of the tidiness, cleaning and maintenance of our spaces. Be capable of repairing things by yourself.
- Be in charge of all the operative and day to day of the office: canteens, benefits, meeting rooms, event room, ecc. Stock control, ordering things, use of the spaces...
- Managing all the suppliers and closing good deals with them.
- Solving all the problems that happen in the day-to-day attending to everybody in the office.
- Selling coworking passes and rent of the event room.
- Organizing internal events ( weekends, afternoons)
- In charge of the internet and solving any IT problems
**Requirements**:
- English & Spanish
- Handyman and technical mind. You can use a drill and know how to repair things.
- Service vocation. Like to help everybody (more than 300 people asking you for things).
- Proactive and motivated by the office operation and logistics (more than 3.800sqm of office space)
- Super active. You will be walking all day around the office.
- Great multitasker and know how to prioritize.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Love to come to the office every day. (This can not be a remote work)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Starting date: August - September (flexible)
