**Job Purpose**

The Crew Pairings Analyst is responsible of the production, analysis, KPIs and continu-ous improvement of the Crew Pairings.

The Analyst will act as a bridge between Scheduling, Manpower Planning, Rostering and Operations, with an active role in the production and maintenance of the Crew Pairings, collecting and providing feed-back from and to the relevant stakeholders

**Main Accountabilities**

Produce the monthly Production Pairings for Rostering Dept by using Jeppesen Pairing Optimization Software.
- Produce regular forecasts at short, mid, and long-term period of the Crew Pairings, with the aim of Optimize the Crew Resources utilization.
- Liaise and coordinate with the IT Jeppesen Developers the construction and implemen-tation of rules and penalties to model the behaviour of Jeppesen Software to achieve the expected results.
- Translate the Business requirements into data models to provide insights, analysis and forecasts to allow data driven decisions.
- Create metrics, logics and KPIs to extract and summarise at different levels the infor-mation required and provide ad-hoc analysis.
- Design and follow-up of Crew Pairings Quality Indicators, both at planning and execution stages.
- Ensure consistency and facilitate the delivery of the information to various stakeholders (Operation Management, Manpower Planning to Day-to-Day Operations, Cost Control, Scheduling, Network etc.)
- Create testing protocols, execute Pairings Optimization Tests and evaluate impact and results to provide feedback and recommendations, and improve the integration of the different rostering production environments in use (Jeppesen and AIMS).
- Pursue the constant optimization of the Pairings Production Cycle in order to obtain ef-fective results, compliant with legality and Company objectives, ensuring that the opti-mal balance between operational robustness, crew life quality and cost is achieved.
- Track and identify trends and deviations from the planned strategy and suggest mitiga-tions to rectify non-compliances.

**Education**

Preferred: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Math, Bachelor or Similar

**Experience**
- Experience in Airline’s Rostering or Airline’s Scheduling or Operations roles
- Experience with Crew Management Software’s AIMS, Jeppesen or similar

**Competencies**
- High analytics and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (specially Excel)
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills

**Languages**
- English: B2

**Other**
- Preferred: Knowledge of database’s structure design, and able to handle large datasets
