In this role, you will:
- Own the end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business, including opportunities to improve funnel performance
- Influence and manage all HubSpot and revenue technology (sales, marketing, CS) strategy to scale ahead of the business’ needs, ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full client journey and experience
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of HubSpot and all other system data
- Triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes/infrastructure/systems for scale
- Develop in tight partnership with Marketing leadership key performance metrics and dashboards that help the revenue organization focus on revenue attainment and drivers
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Implement best practices within our tech stack to maximize their value
(stack may include Product analytics (MixPanel), Customer Data Platforms CDPs (Segment) and User onboarding / In Product (Intercom), Conversational marketing (Hubspot), Web Analytics / A/B testing (GA, Optimize), Website (Wordpress)
- Partner with Marketing leadership on alignment and tracking of key marketing metrics and activities and eventually budget to drive ROI reporting and accuracy
- From a marketing technology perspective, managing the end-to-end lead to trial to subscription process with a focus on Hubspot and identifying process gaps and areas of opportunity to help the marketing team understand what is working (campaigns, channels, segments etc)
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot:
- Manage users, including profiles and permissions
- Create and manage forms
- Improve and document processes; train marketing team members
- Manage data uploads, workflows, and campaign tracking and attribution
- Partner with marketing team to develop and implement strong practices for HubSpot marketing database cleaning and lead segmentation
- Create and optimize a revenue reporting system in Hubspot - building executive reporting in partnership with Marketing leadership including monthly business reviews and board meetings
- Troubleshoot lead and data syncing issues across systems to ensure proper funnel tracking (may include updates to Google Tag Manager, GA4 etc, Segment and other systems connected to Hubspot)
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing platforms and tools
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards highlighting reporting and attribution from marketing efforts across within HubSpot

- Interested and able to pivot quickly, be agile, flexible, and nimble in the face of constant change.
- Able to have a strong sense of accountability to take on a task and be 100% accountable and determined to see things through and drive it across the finish line.
- Always looking for opportunities to streamline, improve efficiency, and be more effective, you love to operationalize systems, processes, and policies to be scalable and repeatable.
- Effective at managing simple and complex end-to-end projects whether it is rolling out a new workstream or a new system
- Constantly striving for data, maintaining the data and making sense of it. You enjoy analyzing it, presenting the insights and making strategic data-driven business decisions.
