**Smadex** is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2011 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE:EVC). We are currently considered one of the top mobile ad-tech companies in the world.
We are looking for ambitious individuals whose ultimate motivation is to learn the most advanced technologies used in the ad-tech industry by the likes of Google and Facebook and to help us become the biggest mobile programmatic advertising platform in the world.
To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a **Client Growth Manager **to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe.
**Your mission**:
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities and execute them to achieve goals
- Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications
- Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage
- Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
- Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell our in-house mobile advertising solution.
**Skills and requirements**:
- 1+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic **is a MUST**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with your clients **in English is a MUST**:
- ** Analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA.**:
- Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMP’s.
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and a love for problem-solving.
