Key responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages Arxadas BI landscape and manages external service providers
- Work together with the enterprise architect to develop Arxada's future BI solution
- Defines guidelines and standards in the area of BI.
- Coordination and management of ongoing BI operations (support)
- Involved in 3rd level support
- Close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team
- Actively engages with project stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance and guidance for BI projects.
- Manages the departmental budget, provides input on strategic decisions and ensures the team (internal & external) is sufficiently prepared to execute projects.
Key requirements:
- Management of new BI implementation / stakeholder management / Concepts & architecture of new BI tool
- Technical experience with Microsoft Azure / Synapse / SQL / DAX
- Technical experience with SAP structures
- Experience with modules & processes in SAP ERP.
- Experience with SAP table structures
- Create and own Arxada wide technical guidelines and policies for BI
- Monitor and assess data system performance
- Develop analytics deliverables, including documentation of measurement planning, key business questions, data requirements, and front-end visualization approaches (Business Intelligence/dashboards)
- Lead the development of data science and modeling capabilities in a transformation journey to enable growth at speed and scale targeting solutions to business problems and barriers.
- Manage data driven initiatives involving timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality and within specified timeframes
- Always be on top of IT developments and trends to ensure we can provide added value consulting to our internal organization.
- Innovation oriented and understand how latest technologies can be applied to increase our business competitiveness and help our overall business targets and strategy.
- Actively drive and manage change. Change oriented. Understand that change is positive and a normal in the business world.
- Conceptual thinking towards mid / long term sustainable, innovative, and cost-efficient set up including architecture planning.
