スタッフがチームとして協力し、最適なサービスを提供し、ゲストのニーズに応えられるようにすることを確認します。スタッフの身だしなみや服装を点検し、不備があれば是正します。オープンおよびクローズ業務を遂行し、必要な備品やツールの準備、設備やエリアの清掃、ドアの施錠などを行います。保管エリアの整理整頓、FIFO（先入れ先出し）の使用状況、清潔さを確認します。定期的な在庫確認を行い、必要な備品の補充・発注を行います。ダイニングルームの席の空き状況、サービス、安全性、ゲストの快適さを監視します。メンテナンス修理のための作業依頼書を完了させます。
また、管理職をサポートし、採用、トレーニング、スケジュール管理、評価、カウンセリング、規律指導、モチベーション向上、コーチングに携わります。公正な待遇保証／オープンドアポリシーのプロセスの最初の連絡先として模範的な存在になります。会社の方針や安全・セキュリティポリシーを遵守し、事故、けが、危険な作業環境はマネージャーに報告し、安全トレーニングや認証を完了します。制服と個人の外見が清潔でプロフェッショナルであることを確認し、機密情報を守り、会社資産を保護します。会社の基準に従ってすべてのゲストを歓迎し、感謝の気持ちを込めて対応します。明確かつプロフェッショナルな言葉で話し、ゲストのサービスニーズを予測し、対応します。障がいのある方にもサポートを行い、感謝の気持ちを込めてお礼を伝えます。
