Esta es una excelente oportunidad para un perfil junior que quiera desarrollarse dentro de una consultora tecnológica con más de 20 años de experiência, implementando proyectos punteros.

**Tu Rol**:

- Como **Consultor Junior Help Desk **formarás parte del área del centro de soporte que es la plataforma multicliente de implementación y soporte de productos Cloud.
- Monitorización de equipos, análisis de alertas y asistencia remota..
- Seguimiento y control de tareas mediante herramientas de ticketing.
- Resolución de incidencias de Nível 1 para todos nuestros clientes.
- Realización de tareas de mantenimiento a nível de S.O o sobre alguna de las plataformas de nuestros clientes.
- Estarás involucrado/a en todo tipo de proyectos de implementación y mantenimiento-mejoras de todos los productos SAP en vigor, tanto nuevas tecnologías como resto de productos SAP.
- Estarás a la vanguardia tecnológica usando tecnologías como**:SAP HANA**, **SAP Fiori**, ECC,S/4, Solution 7.2, PO, BW, BO, BPC, Content Server, Webdispatcher, Gateways, HR, GRC, Linux, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Max DB, DB2, Windows server.
- ** Aplicarían horarios rotativos de 8 a 17h y 9h a 19h viernes de 8h a 14h.**:

- Posibilidad de trabajo en remoto en caso de necesidad.

**Tu perfil**:

- Formación técnica en informática (grado, FP...o similar)
- Se valorará positivamente experiência o conocimientos de herramientos como Jira, Pandora o Centreon,SA, etc.
- Se valorará positivamente experiência previa en monitorización de equipos, análisis de alertas y asistencia remota.
- Inglés medio-alto (clientes internacionales) - B2.
- Capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad resolutiva, autónoma y responsable.
- Facilidad de trabajo en equipo

Tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades en seguridad dentro de la compañía:

- Acceso a la información confidencial relativa al cliente del que es responsable.
- Solicitud de medidas / usuarios.
- Observancia del cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas.
