Are you a Service Manager from an Engineering or Electronics background looking to autonomously lead a newly formed team within the growing market of EV Fast Charging?
You will be managing a skilled Electronics L3 Service team, working on the latest technology of DC Fast Chargers within the fast growing EV Market.
A challenging but exciting role where you will be exposed to new technologies and have the opportunity to grow the team and division within Wallbox.
If you’re looking for a fast-paced management position within a growing team, company and market then this could be the role for you.
**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and grow our DC Fast Charging L3 service team
- Lead our Service team responsible for addressing critical issues within the Hardware and Software of our EV Fast Chargers.
- Act as a key stakeholder between Aftersales, Customer Service and Engineering in order to address issues quickly and provide a good service to our customers.
- Develop new tools and processes to optimize the service team: E.g Telemetry, Data Logging, remote diagnostics etc.
- Set and manage KPI’s in order to measure delivery success.
**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous Service Management experience within manufacturing
- Technical background and understanding of Engineering (Electronics or Electrical ideal but we are open)
- Experience working across different departments, Aftersales etc
- Motivated to develop and grow the team
**What we’d love to see?**
- Knowledge of Electronics / Sustainable Energy
- Motivated to grow their career with a fast growing company
- Previous experience managing Telemetry / Remote diagnostics is a bonus
