**The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme**:
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a year-long comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical training to develop the skills you need to grow your career. **About the role**:
Working on our day-to-day business or on challenging, business-critical projects, you will acquire a broad knowledge of different areas within your first year. You will participate in a number of rotations and your tasks will vary according to your precise role. You might be giving employee advice, facilitating workforce decisions or working on large-scale initiatives. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.

**What we look for**:

- We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us. _

To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:

- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
