From their location in Barcelona, the Middle Office Operations Hub provides service to one of Europe’s top tier countries of Deutsche Bank’s Private Bank Division.

You’ll help to achieve a smooth transition between Front, Back and Support functions. You’ll be ensuring that all trades and operations are correctly and timely processed, monitored and recorded to meet compliance and regulatory standards. You’ll have the opportunity to interact and work with various local and global Teams.

You’ll will be expected to deliver and utilize your technical and communication skills to effectively meet the Business requirements.

**Key responsabilities**
- Handling of post trade activities (corporate event management, pricing monitoring, reconciliation, amongst other tasks) as well as regulatory reporting tasks.
- Oversight of payment transfers, controlling incoming and outgoing wires.
- Oversight of the end-to-end transaction management lifecycle. (All asset classes, Equity, Fix Income, Mutual Funds, Alternative Funds, Derivatives).
- Continuous process improvement and opportunities seeking.
- Timely issues escalation.

**Your skills and experiences**
- Knowledge of global custody, global markets, funds transfer, settlement, trade lifecycle, cash management and transaction reporting, will be highly valuated.
- Good skills for problem-solving, analysis, verbal, and written communication.
- Experience in Middle or Back Office Roles within the Banking industry will be highly valued.
- Completed Banking training, completed studies or a comparable qualification is desirable.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Package.
- Languages required: English (C1 level equivalent or higher). Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
