**About the role
As Marketing Director Spain you will be responsible for building and executing the complete demand generation plan for the Spanish market. You will work closely with the Spanish Sales Director to ensure all sales targets are met and with the global marketing team to localise all marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Responsibilities
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain. You will own the demand generation plan and budgets that translate into pipeline generation, lead generation and sales success.
- Work in a cross-functional team together with the Commercial Director and Product Marketing Director to build the local go-to-market strategy.
- Propose, design and launch a variety of online and offline activities to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Lead the local content marketing team to create and deliver localised product content to help drive lead acquisition and product adoption.
- Work closely with the brand and communications team to position the brand as a household name in its marketplace.
- Select and manage a local PR agency to reinforce media positioning in your country.
- Create, localise and optimise performance marketing campaigns together with the performance marketing team. You will be in charge of tailoring ads and campaigns to your specific needs.
- Manage and grow the local network of strategic and commercial partnerships with the aim of expanding commercial positioning among targeted target groups.
- Work in parallel with Sales and Customer Success to support them with specific local activities and customer activations.

- Fluent communicator in Spanish, with full professional command of English to work alongside teams across Europe.
- 7-10 years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, (fintech is a plus).
- You have a full marketing skill set, but you have the preferred ones that really make you stand out from the rest.
- You thrive on solving complex problems. You love to take on tough challenges that can turn into great opportunities.
- You'll get the Spanish marketing department off the ground - you're ready to hit the ground running
