**Job Title**:Event Tech Coordinator (Cvent Website Builder)

We are seeking two (2) Event Tech coordinators with desired knowledge of the Cvent platform (or similar event management tools) to rapidly join our team and help us deliver top-notch events for our international clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a point of contact for the client, managing their pre-event and onsite experience using the Cvent Platform.
- Directly support and consult with clients on how to best leverage Cvent’s Virtual and Onsite Solutions.
- Design and build event websites using the Cvent platform.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee databases.
- Communicate and adhere to project milestones and internal metrics.
- Support the Account Manager with administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer’s success at their event.
- Provide event analysis and reports (pre, during and post event).
- Manage several concurrent event websites.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge about Cvent or similar Event Management tools is a plus.
- Experience in event registration management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong digital skills and ease of adapting to new digital tools and technologies.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written level C1). Knowledge of another EU language is an asset.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fully remote position within Iberian Peninsula.
- Eligible to work in the EU and available to join the team rapidly.
