Coordinate event logistics (venues, suppliers, materials, shipments, travel, etc.) under the guidance of the senior team. Assist in preparing branded materials, presentations, brochures, and videos. Help manage communications before and after events to boost attendance and engagement. Collect feedback and contribute to tracking event performance (attendees, leads, engagement). Customer & Partner MarketingHelp gather and organize customer success stories and testimonials. Support joint marketing activities with partners and industry associations. Update CRM systems and campaign tracking tools (HubSpot, Excel, etc.) to maintain data quality. Marketing OperationsLearn how to use HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and communications. Assist with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Your profile Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. 0-1 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields (internship experience will be considered). Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Interest in B2B technology or fintech; curiosity about banking, risk, or data is welcome. Organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to make things happen. A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
