As a **Senior Security Operations Architect**, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our operations, managing **SecOps **functions including **Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)**, and orchestrating tasks within our **Security Operations Center (SOC)**. Your responsibilities will span from i**dentifying and defining system and security requirements** to configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting security infrastructure devices and services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical IT security areas such as Incident Handling, Problem Management, and Forensic Investigations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage SecOps operations, overseeing SIEM and coordinating SOC tasks.
- Define system and security requirements, baselines, and controls for existing and new IT infrastructure developments.
- Contribute to the creation and documentation of SOPs in IT security areas.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices and services.
- Identify opportunities for automation and new technical solutions to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of security products and solutions, coordinating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and project management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a **system engineer or security engineer**.
- Technical proficiency in **network, database, and operating system security**.
- Familiarity with the latest security principles, techniques, concepts, and protocols.
- Knowledge/experience with **Microsoft Sentinel SIEM**, SOCs, **Microsoft Azure**, antimalware & EDR Solutions (CrowdStrike), Zscaler, F5 WAF, Cisco Umbrella, and Firewalls is a plus.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- MCSA, **CCNA**, CCSP, **CompTIA Security+**, CCSA, CCSE, **CISSP certifications**.
