**Context**:
The Group Operations team initiated a digital workplace program to develop global modern products to be rolled out across the group in the coming years defining an innovative vision and strategy for use, coordination and implementation across all Modern Workplace (Windows, Mac, Mobile) device group entities, including virtual desktop, while ensuring the legacy transition.
To do this they have the support of a transversal project manager, Workplace Project Manager.

**Service description & Deliverables**:
**Responsibilities**:

- At the side of the Design and End-Poin Platform managers, structure and manage the interactions and dependencies between Modern Devices and the other domains or programs, including leading (or representing the product line in) transversal governances the following teams:

- CyberDefense
- Network
- M365 (Collaboration)
- One ID Program (IAM)- Insure up/down communication with the product teams and assure the right level of contribution from them on other domain’s programs (One ID, One Network )
- Lead or support associated technical transversal activities with these teams
- Insure directly or via management of a dedicated Project manager, project management on technical transversal projects, such as Component and E2E onboarding process securing, MTSB implementation, One ID MVPs implementation

**Expertises**:

- Experience in creating and leading governance across different teams
- Capacity to influence without authority
- Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent topics at once
- Understanding of Workplace technologies, and ideally Endpoint Technologies
- French and English proficiency
