**Your role**:

- You support Zone Business Lead (ZBL) / Country teams to achieve Business Line specific targets, ensuring alignment with zone objectives and driving growth and price excellence
- You act as the key contact point in the zone for business Line related operational issues and serve as a key partner for BL HQ.
- You support ZBL in strategy development, target setting, and planning for the business Line Surgery, adapting HQ strategies to fit the zone and local needs.
- You create and implement zone marketing plans, product positioning, product campaigns, and sales education programs for the Business Line Surgery.
- You develop and manage the KoL community, Centers of Excellence, R&D collaboration agreements, and reference site strategy for the zone.
- You conduct competitive analyses and develop counter arguments to strengthen our market position.

**Your expertise**:

- _ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred._
- _ Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales within the image-guided therapies sector or medical device companies._
- _ Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics in Southern Europe._
- _ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills._
- _ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team._
- _ Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus._
