**Your mission is simple**:
- Get more users to activate
- Get more users to upgrade

**What you will do**:
- paid
- Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention
- Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points
- Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights
- Launch tests, evaluate results, scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Collaborate with product and design when needed — but move fast independently
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companies
- Experience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar)
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
- Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churn
- Ability to segment users based on behavior, not assumptions
- Ability to interpret results quickly and scale winners or kill losers
- Skill in improving landing pages and conversion without heavy dev support
- Comfort working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metrics
**Will be a plus**:
- Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods
- SEO knowledge
