Brand Marketing Manager

This person will be responsible for leading the teams in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with a strong focus on developing brand content strategy and marketing campaigns.
Main responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan aligned with the company's global strategy, and coordinate some initiatives across Europe (promotion of new products…).
Define the brand content strategy to be executed in relevant markets and develop and carry out marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events…).
Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and execute all aspects of the marketing plan in order to maximize brand awareness and sales.
Manage the marketing budget for Spain and Italy, allocating resources efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
Build, lead, and guide a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support to drive their professional growth.
Requirements and key competencies:
Proven leadership in team management, with experience working with remote teams.
More than 8 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Demonstrated proficiency in go-to-market campaign design and marketing communications.
High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
