**¿De qué trata el trabajo?**
Te encargarás de todos los aspectos relacionados con la oferta gastronómico del hotel, supervisando que la propuesta y el funcionamiento de la cocina en todos los puntos de venta del hotel sea el adecuado, manteniendo los estándares y pautas marcadas por ti y el equipo directivo del área.
Reportarás al Director de Alimentos y Bebidas.
**Tu día a día**
Diseñar y marcar las pautas para que la oferta gastronómica del hotel esté acorde a las expectativas de la clientela y la compañía.
Realizar previsiones, planes e informes sobre la productividad y pedidos del restaurante.
Formar a todo el equipo de acuerdo con la normativa y asegurarse de que cuenten con la formación y las herramientas adecuadas.
Impulsar el trabajo en equipo y la calidad del servicio mediante la comunicación y coordinación diarias con los demás departamentos.
Pedir a los clientes su valoración para mejorar la calidad y presentación de la comida y ayudar a resolver las dudas y problemas de los clientes relacionados con los servicios de cocina.
Planificar el menú, pedidos, materiales y escandallos.
Asegurarse de que todos los platos del menú se preparan y presentan de acuerdo con las recetas y normas establecidas.
Seguir los procedimientos para asegurar la seguridad y buen almacenamiento de los productos de alimentación y bebida, del inventario y del equipamiento.
Asegurarse de que todo el equipamiento de cocina y almacenamiento esté en buen estado y se limpie periódicamente.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
Estudios relacionados con el puesto.
3-5 años de experiência previa gestionando la oferta y operativa gastronómica de un hotel de similares características o restaurante gastronómico con alto volumen de trabajo.
Actitud positiva, proactiva, enérgica, dinámica, empática con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio.
Se valorará muy positivamente dominio del inglés.
