**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
As a key member of the Culture and Experience team, the Coordinator will help create a welcoming, polished, and positive office environment that brings our company culture to life. Based at the front desk, you’ll be one of the first people employees and visitors see each day. You’ll help set the tone for great in-office experiences.

You’ll assist with the daily coordination of office operations and events, and support the broader team in making sure the space runs smoothly and feels inviting. This role reports to the Manager, Culture and Experience and offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in hospitality, operations, and employee experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Community and Events**:

- Help plan and set up internal events in your local office, including organizing supplies, coordinating catering, and assisting with cleanup.
- Be a positive presence in the office. You should be someone who helps make the space feel warm, friendly, and inclusive.
- Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
Support visiting employees and guests by helping with logistics and offering thoughtful, helpful assistance.
- Work with teammates on event programming and experiences, while learning how to tailor them for your specific office.
- Assist in organizing team celebrations and company moments that promote a sense of belonging.
- Contribute to a culture of hospitality and kindness, whether you're helping with an event or chatting with a colleague in the break room.

**Workplace and Operations**:

- Support front desk operations, such as managing sign-ins, greeting guests, and answering questions.
- Help keep the office tidy and stocked, which includes refilling supplies, tidying common areas, and making sure everything looks great.
- Assist with mail, shipping, and deliveries as needed.
- Work with vendors and building staff on basic facility and maintenance needs.
- Prepare meeting spaces with small but thoughtful touches like refreshments or printed materials.
- Assist with general admin tasks for the People team (e.g., updating documents, organizing info, taking notes during meetings).
- Learn and use systems like Envoy and Google Workspace to support smooth office operations.

**WHAT MAKES A GREAT CANDIDATE**:

- A genuine interest in hospitality, people, and creating a great day-to-day experience for others.
- 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing or administrative role in hospitality, retail, events, or an office setting.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- A helpful attitude and a willingness to jump in and learn.
- Attention to detail, and a desire to keep spaces tidy and running smoothly.
- Comfort using tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs); familiarity with tools like Canva or Envoy is a plus but not required.
- A friendly, team-first approach You should enjoy supporting others and being part of a collaborative environment.
- Reliability and professionalism; you show up with a smile and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
- A love for being in person and helping create meaningful in-office experiences.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based in the office five days per week. English proficiency is required
