**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

- Your ability to interpret data and generate insights will directly inform strategic decisions, impacting our global sales efforts. **SYSTEMS SUPPORT**
- Documenting and maintain the types and structure of the business data (logical modelling) on SQL.
- Development knowledge in Power Platform (Power APPs, PowerBI, Power Flow) and maintenance/creation Pipelines in Azure Data Factory.
- Mapping and tracking data from system to system to support business requirements.
- Provide support and finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions systems or procedures. (Veeva CRM, Image Recognition and PowerApps)
- Maintain and develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
- Train sales reps on Sales tools like Veeva CRM, Image Recognition, Contracts tools
- Gathering information about problems to be solved or procedures to be improved.

**REPORTING SUPPORT**
- Design and create data reports and reporting tools to help business executives in their decision making.
- Perform statistical analysis of business data.
- Collaborate on daily, monthly & cycle reports where is required.
- Support and maintain reports based on data from Wholesalers using internal tools

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in data analysis or a sales support function.
- Proficient in analytical tools (like Excel, SQL) and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, supporting seamless interactions and presentations.
- A reputation for attention to detail and providing accurate, reliable data.
- A proven problem-solver who is adaptable and thrives on improving processes.
- Experience in educating and supporting sales teams with new systems and processes.
