We are currently seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this hybrid role where there will be an element of Project Management also, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into effective IT solutions. You will also play a vital role in managing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
As a Business Analyst at Infotel UK, you will have the chance to work with a diverse team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive project success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in conjunction with solutions architect, development team, and testing team to facilitate new project solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and business representatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed project plans and manage project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in both business analysis and project management.
**Requirements**:
- Be able to communicate in Spanish (native) and English at a high level.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Prince2 are a plus.
