Nuestra empresa se caracteriza por ofrecer un servicio personal y excelente a sus asegurados, es por ello que buscamos un profesional de la Atención al Cliente que sea capaz de entender, escuchar, empatizar y resolver de forma proactiva y autónoma las diversas solicitudes de nuestros clientes.

La persona seleccionada debe tener una clara orientación al cliente, haciendo de cada interacción una experiência única con el cliente, en el que sienta que la compañía cuida de su salud haciendo las cosas fáciles y fiables. Se incorporará a un equipo de trabajo dinámico con alto nível de conocimientos y experiência, por ello deberá demostrar alta flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación.

La persona seleccionada se incorporará a un equipo de trabajo actualmente en remoto desde casa con todo el soporte y herramientas tecnológicas necesarias tanto para la formación como para poder desempeñar la función adecuadamente.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABLIDADES

Gestión de llamadas, mails y faxes de clientes y proveedores, siguiendo los SLAs marcados por la compañía.

Gestión de autorizaciones médicas siguiendo SLAs marcados

Soporte referente a las Apps y web de la compañía

Información y orientación al cliente sobre reembolsos

Gestión de Incidencias

Comunicación con los demás departamentos

Gestión de tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto

Organización y planificación de prioridades

Contribuir a la consecución de objetivos globales e individuales

Trabajo en equipo así como un entorno positivo, abierto y agradable.

Experiência en la atención al cliente en Servicios de Contact Center

Experiência en Seguros (valorable)
