A well-established British international school in Gran Canaria, Spain, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher with a specialism in **Chemistry or Physics** to join their team from September 2026. The school offers a vibrant teaching environment and follows the British curriculum, supporting both academic excellence and student wellbeing.

This role will also involve teaching some **Mathematics**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging Science lessons up to IGCSE and A-Level, with a focus on Chemistry or Physics
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
- Teach some Mathematics classes as part of the role
- Use data to track student progress and inform teaching strategies
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree in Science (Chemistry or Physics preferred)
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
- Experience teaching the British curriculum at IGCSE and A-Level
- Confidence teaching Maths at lower secondary level
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
