The Sales Preparation Lead QA reports to the Domain Lead, takes the leadership of QA operations, manages a team of QAs and promotes the best practices and the collaboration of the QA team with other domain members.

**Responsibilities**:

- help the domain management to define the domain’s quality objectives;
- work in a strong relationship with managers and domain leaders;
- define, communicate, and execute the results of the test strategy:

- establish metrics to measure the results of the test strategy execution, assure its continuous improvement and regular reporting to product teams and domain leaders;
- give visibility to QA milestones and achievements;
- ensure that the needs and expectations of all products regarding QA are covered:

- ensure that staffing needs are covered;
- assign QAs to different products;
- maintain a map of the risks in terms of quality of the products of the domain and assure the reporting to the tribe and product leads;
- support teams and POs to allocate the necessary bandwidth for quality-related activities in teams backlogs;
- promote within the domain, in close collaboration with the QMS team, the vpTech common culture of quality in the software development lifecycle:

- organize the community of practice within the tribes;
- ensure and helps to contribute to the QA Guidelines that are part of the Engineering Guidelines and products guidelines (technical and functional);
- be the domain entry point for all topics related to quality for vpTech wide programs;
- manage the people in the Core QA team.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance;
- Software development experience with at least one of C# or JavaScript & NodeJS;
- Proficiency with SQL databases and SQL;
- You assure the quality of your code with unit and integration tests;
- You have experience in building APIs or other web services;
- You have been the main contributor in transverse software test initiatives;
- You are an agile follower;
- You are result and product-oriented;
- You are willing to do people management tasks;
- Your English is good enough to talk about this job opportunity.
