If so, we'd love to hear from you SilverBack Staffing is looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical QA Lead, and the role comes with an excellent rate and the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
As a Mechanical QA Lead, you will review, audit and monitor the implementation of the project quality plan and procedures and liaise with the auditing team. You will also coordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of project inspection and test programmes and associated witness point(s) time schedules on a system-by-system basis.

- Coordinating the resolution of all matters of the Quality and Project Management team and project supervisor levels
- Promoting good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities
- Implementing a structured approach towards systems handover/project completion
- Working alongside Swedish personnel and understanding the Swedish codes of practice.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing construction teams
- Knowledge of HVAC piping systems and P&IDs
- Recent experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Willingness to work variable rotas.
