We are looking for you

At DOPP we are looking for talented young graduates who want to develop their professional career in the field of Human Resources consultancy, particularly in the Executive Search and Assessment areas.

You will be involved in projects of different nature, such as:

- Search processes management.
- Publishing roles in different digital channels (Web, RRSS, employment platforms).
- Competency-based interviews.
- Participation in consultancy projects in the field of search and assessment.
- Participation in Assessment and Development Centres.
- Report writing.
- Evaluation and development of competencies.

We have been close to our clients' business strategy for over 60 years, being their trusted partner in Executive Search, Training, Advisory and Public Sector services.

Our team is made up of around 50 professionals from different fields: Engineering, Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Business Administration, Economics... which provides the organization with a broad expertise area that allows us to provide services in a wide variety of sectors.

Our close relationship with our international Executive Search partner network allows us to have a global scope. Dopp is a founding member of ER International, an international network of HR firms specialized in local markets. This network provides extensive knowledge of the working conditions and salaries in each of the countries in which we operate, as well as their common practices in terms of people management.

We also participate in THA Americas, a consortium of independent firms with coverage in Miami and throughout Latin America, composed by leading companies in the identification of managerial talent.

In addition, we have founded DISDOPP, a company that provides services related to human talent management in the Latin American region, based in Bogota (Colombia).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Graduates in Business Administration, Law, Economics or Psychology. Specialized training in HR areas (Master's degree, advanced courses, etc.) will be a plus.
- Professionals with or without experience, who are interested in HR, Executive Search and Business.
- Good skills in office automation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access).
- Digital orientation, good management, self-learning skills. Openness to innovation.
- High level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
