WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The main objective of the function is to offer a consolidated and transversal vision of the evolution of the Credit Risk portfolio for the Branches of Continental Europe SCIB, from the point of view of Rating, SCAN and credit metrics integrated into the EWRM team. CIB, being key from a regulatory perspective in order to ensure
- proper monitoring of the portfolio
- the consistency of the global model

You will support the identification of risk focus, potential threats and the definition of Country / Group

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Consolidated and transversal vision of the credit portfolio, analyzing the evolution of credit quality, carrying out exercises that allow feedback on the rating model and add value to management.
- Monitor the consistency of the global model, based on the established criteria, as well as review the criteria based on the redefinition of the rating model.
- Presentation of reports to the corresponding bodies, once the results are shared with the different teams involved.
- Participation in regulatory inspections (IMI, TRIM, OSI) and attention to Internal and External Audits.
- Dialogue with local units and different departments (Credit Risk, Model Owner, Methodology...), as well as participation in EWRM SCIB workflows (Credit Reports, PECs validation, Metrics monitoring, Provisions).
- Participation in infrastructure projects related to the function.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 months experience in Credit Risk.

EDUCATION
- University degree in business administration, maths, engineering.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excel
