CIB Market & Structural Risk Analyst III

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a CIB Market & Structural Risk Analyst you will follow-up, monitoring and analysis of Initial Margin and Variation Margin valuation discrepancies at Santander Group level identifying possibilities for management improvements.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Daily management (identification, analysis and resolution) of Initial Margin discrepancies with counterparties.
- Daily management (identification and analysis) of Initial Margin exceedance against PnL.
- Support in improving the implementation of Initial Margin in the units.
- Monitoring of Variation Margin differences at Group level.
- Identification of gaps in the valuation models from daily reconciliations of Initial Margin and Variation Margin data with the counterparts.
- Identification of differences in the valuation models at group level and define actions to homogenize them.
- Support in the control of the Counterparty Risk of collateralized tardes.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in Validation, Methodology, Market Risk and Counterparty Risk departments.
EDUCATION
University studies in Engineering, Mathematics. Ideally Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and/or Valuation Modeling.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to identify the objective and priorities of each task as well as to raise critical and relevant issues to his/her superior.
- Strong knowledge of valuation and calculation methodologies. Ideally knowledge of SIMM model.
- Technical skills to set up and manage simple macros
- High level of English.
