**Tu Rol: IT Support Specialist**:
Como IT Support Specialist, serás el pilar tecnológico que garantizará la operatividad y eficiencia de los equipos internos. Tu misión incluirá:

- Resolver incidencias diarias a través de tickets, asegurando un soporte eficiente y de calidad a toda la organización.
- Configurar equipos Windows y Apple, gestionando la creación de usuarios y la administración de accesos para facilitar el trabajo del equipo.
- Supervisar y mejorar la ciberseguridad de la organización.
- Optimizar procesos tecnológicos internos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Asesorar a los equipos sobre el uso de herramientas y aplicaciones corporativas.

**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**:

- **Formación**: Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red, Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma o formación similar.
- **Experiência previa**: Al menos 1-2 años en roles de IT Support.
- **Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Herramientas corporativas y gestión de entornos Windows y Apple.
- Administración en Google Cloud, Microsoft Office y Windows Server.

- **Capacidad de anticipación**: Detección de posibles incidencias antes de que impacten en la operatividad.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:

- **Flexibilidad Horaria**: Entrada hasta las 9:30 h y salida desde las 17:30 h (lunes a jueves). Jornada intensiva todos los viernes y horario reducido en verano (15 de julio al 31 de agosto).
