**About the Role**

Arbolus is looking for a Support Specialist to join us in our Barcelona office with a temporary contract of 2 months. This person is responsible for supporting any technical issues while collaborating with the company customers, sales, associates, and technology teams.

**Key responsibilities you will be in charge of**
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all end-users with a customer focus spirit
- Following up with customers for support requests and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Support systems like Apple, Windows, Linux, G Suite, Slack, amongst others, and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
- Manage access and identity management requests.
- Assist with IT onboarding and training curriculum.
- Keeping an inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, and performing decommissioning.
- Working closely with the facility and security teams to resolve security issues.

**About you**

**Requirements to succeed in this role**
- Previous experience providing IT Support is a plus
- Good knowledge of Apple systems and software.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize the workload.
- Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
- Great communication skills and teamwork.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional English
