**MADRID IT Platform**

The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

**Context** **and** **Role summary**

**Position****:

- Key Accountabilities**
- SCCM Servers CB Monitoring, Production Operations and Health Check- Responsible for configuration, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of OS build process for endpoints including laptops, desktops and virtual clients before escalation to L3 Teams-
- Create and update global documentation and document relevant systems- SCCM Server distribution monitoring- SCCM Distribution Points creation and content update- Investigating ongoing problems and providing root cause analysis for both performance and stability issues on SCCM CB and escalation to L3 teams- Other duties as assigned by L3 SCCM Infrastructure team- Perform an assessment of Security Patching to determine priority and scope of deployment-
- Engage with Service Desk and other L2 teams if an update is considered to affect the production population- Validation of all deployment, including security patching- Communicate to Support teams and Business of any issues with SCCM infrastructure- Responsible for Windows 10 upgrade deployment- Create and update internal documentation (processes, technical )- Remediation of Security Patching Other responsibilities:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment. Multinational + 10000 users at least.- ITIL Foundation knowledge- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
