As part of the Support Office team, within the Security department you will guarantee and promote the culture of health and safety in all areas of the company. Safeguarding company standards and local health and safety laws and regulations is a vital part of your role.
By providing peace of mind, you educate your colleagues and support the business to ensure that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. You maximize profitability by reducing the costs of safety-related accidents and incidents.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- ** Risk Management**: Detect and manage possible crisis situations and coordinate them in case of crisis and real emergencies.
- ** Health & Safety Culture**: Ensure and maintain a healthy and safe work environment in all company operations by creating a strong health and safety culture.
- ** Accident & Incident Management**: Effective management of incidents/accidents and reporting throughout the business operation by raising the awareness and mitigating potential risks.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in the role of Health & Safety Responsible we believe you are a skilled communicator with a project manager mindset, being able to coordinate with different stakeholders and develop different task simultaneously. We also believe you can work independently but can also excel as part of a team.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Previous experience in leadership or responsibility roles.
- Occupational risk prevention technician/master (at least with one specialty) or/and security manager master is required.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish is essential.
- A good level of written and spoken English is required
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint.
