Workshop Service Technician**Cocoon Medical - EDB Sinclair’s Division** it is a technology based in Barcelona (Spain). We research, develop, and manufacture **medical energy based devices** for the aesthetic market.

We have an international presence in over 60 countries and subsidiaries in **Spain, France, Italy, the USA, Hong Kong, Colombia, Mexico **and a production facility in **Bulgaria**.

Currently, for our **_Technical_** Assistance **_Service_** (TAS) located in Badalona**, we are looking for a **Work Service Technician** responsible for offering a correct diagnose of technical incidences, highest quality in repairs within stablished service levels.

What responsibilities will you have?
- Provide ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Diagnose, repair and verification of repairs (RF, Cryotechnology, Presotherapy, Laser)
- Report of own activity in SAP (productivity and technical information)
- Cooperate with R&D with pre-production prototypes.
- Proper escalation to Workshop Manager of incidences with ongoing repairs
- Verification of equipments from Production before delivering to customer (On Demand)
- Collaboration in Quality tests and support to R&D homologation (homologation owner is R&D)
- Proactive proposal of Quality improvements
- Support to Helpdesk on phone diagnose and phone fix
- Technical backgraound in Electronics or similar.
- Knowledge of electrical components and systems, software / hardware
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical department
