Operating under the direction of the manager, the role manages human and material resources, coordinates maintenance, and provides operational support to maintain efficient production flow. The position is key to daily plant management and continuous process improvement during the afternoon shift 14 pm to 10 pm.ResponsibilitiesPlan production orders, allocate tasks and resources based on available staff to meet defined targets.Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment operates correctly.Unload raw material tanks (solvents and polyurethanes) to guarantee stock availability.Collect finished manufacturing orders and enter them into the Cork system, ensuring closure to allow merchandise release.Manage stock levels by setting minimums and maximums in the Kamban system, facilitating replenishment with the warehouse.Contact suppliers to request EPIs, consumables and maintenance spares, coordinating receipt.Perform operational tasks during vacations or production peaks to ensure continuity.Participate in Six Sigma continuous improvement activities related to order, cleanliness, processes and safety.Coordinate and supervise the team, ensuring production targets are met and resolving incidents.Your ProfileFP II Technician or equivalent knowledge.Minimum 5 years experience as an operator in an industrial environment.Problem‑solving profile, initiative, flexibility, and decision‑making ability.Computer skills at the user level.Operating truck license mandatory.Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities.Equal Employment OpportunityIt is Sun’s policy that applicants for employment are recruited, selected, and hired on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to the position being filled.
