**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Lead for our Self Service Center in Porto.

**¿Qué harás?**:
You will manage a backoffice team for the French market
Ensure that processes are in place, are followed and up to date
You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers complains and address to the right department
You will have monthly escalation meetings

**¿A quién buscamos?**:
You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High school complete
You speak French (Native/Proficiency) and English B1
SAP and Office knowledge rounds up your profile
Experience managing teams (minimum 1 year) and also experience at Customer Service
