The O&M HSSE manager is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of HSSE
programs and systems across ib vogt’s O&M buisness. This position provides leadership and coordination for the overall O&M management as well as the assigned projects in accordance to fulfil local HSE- and ib vogt´s HSSE regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable HSSE regulations and standards across ib vogt’s O&M business.
- Developing, Implementation and managing HSSE programs in O&M.
- Managing HSSE O&M and HSE subcontractors teams.
- Coordinate with the O&M management team, the corporate ESG department and
corporate HSSE colleagues on implementation of the HSSE and ESMS in operational
- Performing Site HSSE inspections as required
- Recording and reporting on HSSE metrics and KPIs
- Preparing, maintaining and advancing Operational HSSE tools, templates, plans etc. in coordination with the Head of EPC and O&M HSSE and the O&M management team.
- HSSE Qualification, assessing, managing contractors/subcontractors.
- Identify local occupational health & safety, social, and environmental regulations and
standards in countries with ib vogt O&M activities (based on agreement with Head of EPC and O&M HSSE)
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HSSE programs on site.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Safety discipline
- Experience on site HSE supervisor/HSE officer/HSE manager 3 year
- Technical basis in Electrical Installations.
- HSE Leadership & Management.
- Planning and organisation.
- Managing group of people.
- Teamwork and Team development.
- High level of English and Spanish
