**PMO at Flax+Kale**

Flax&Kale is looking for **Project Manager Officer (PMO)** to join our team in Barcelona. Are you ready for this new and exciting opportunity?

Our project is growing so fast that we need to create our Project Management Office. As a PMO, you will be working closely with the management team and all areas of the company, and you will report directly to the COO.

**What will you do in your day-to-day?**
- Establish the PMO’s strategy, frameworks, standards, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Manage all internal projects in terms of timings, priorities, resources, deliverables, and people; and ensure that everything meets the company’s standards.
- Follow up on project budgets, analyze financial data, risks and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with all department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
- Provide project planning, milestone and scope management, and resource forecasting.
- Prepare regular status reporting for the management team.
- Draft and maintain project management office policies and processes.
- Accurately document project’s development and execution, as well as project’s scope, budget and justification.

**What do we need?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- +5 years of experience as PMO in FMCG industry.
- Master’s Degree in Project Management and/or PMP Certification will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
- Excellent at Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
