The purpose of this role is to provide support to the EMEA Quality Systems organization with a focus on Consignment Management process, Customer to Customer Movement process, and generating metrics to support Quality Management Review. As a Quality Systems Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest level of product quality.

**Duration**: min. 6 months, 30-40 hours/week

**Start**: September/October

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the management and maintenance of the Consignment Management process, including tracking and reconciling consigned inventory, updating records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Support the Customer to Customer Movement process by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating shipments, and addressing any related inquiries or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and analyze metrics for Quality Management Review, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support periodic audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards, identify non-conformities, and assist in corrective action implementation.
Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

**Education and Experience**:
University student of Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma or any other related field interested in medical device
Fluent English required
Strong interest in quality assurance and supply chain for the medical device industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines, such as FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 11), or ISO 13485, is a plus.
Prior experience with quality assurance or supply chain is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus.
