En **NovaHiring**, estamos construyendo algo altamente innovador y disruptivo: una **plataforma SaaS que automatiza gran parte del proceso de reclutamiento**que ya está siendo utilizada por grandes corporaciones.
Acabamos de cerrar nuestra primera ronda Pre-Seed para crecer exponencialmente, por lo que buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender y generar impacto desde el primer día.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Prospectar nuevos clientes a través de llamadas en frío.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Ventas y Marketing para analizar nuevas oportunidades.
- Promover y mantener relaciones con clientes existentes, así como prospectar nuevos que puedan presentar oportunidades de negocio.
- Dirigir y cerrar ventas con clientes potencialmente cualificados, garantizando una excelente _customer success_.
- Comprender las necesidades del cliente para que **NovaHiring** se convierta en la herramienta clave de su negocio.
- Ser una figura de referencia para nuestros clientes durante el proceso de ventas y postventa.
- Alimentar y actualizar la base de datos de nuestro CRM.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para cumplir con los **KPIs semanales y mensuales**.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: Hasta 35.000,00€ al año
