KVRT STVFF is looking for a hardworking person to support the PR and Communications department with day-to-day needs. It's essential that applicants to this position have excellent communication and organisational skills, demonstrate creativity and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest details, as well as an interest in the fashion industry. You will be based at KVRT STVFF STVDIO in Barcelona. The work environment at KVRT STVFF is fast paced and energetic; no day is ever the same.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to
- Respond to sample requests for editorial, coordinate sample trafficking and organising sample returns
- Coordinating all sample management for celebrity/influencer activities, send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns
- Monitoring and tracking celebrity/influencer coverage both online and in print, assisting with compiling reports and gather analytics data
- Create compelling stories across various platforms and mediums including, but not limited to, social media, site and press
- Customer service tasks

Desired qualifications
- Academic degree in fashion and/or communications or comparable training in the field of social media, community management or online marketing
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong interest in fashion
- Communication skills and a good feel for text
- Show initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
- Capable to take on responsibilities and to work proactively
- Organisational skills
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
