- Job Description Day-to-Day Duties Include:

- Execute general design requests as needed to support the needs of the division (i.e. static social content, presentations, etc.)
- Develop content ideas for Wasserman’s social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
- Creation of assets for Wasserman’s Football social media channels and some high-profile player’s social media accounts.
- Manage your time in a smart and efficient manner, clearly communicating with your manager ensuring everyone is on the same page at all touch points of the project.
- Help tell Wasserman’s story in the social space for our International Football division.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s clients - both players, and brands - and use that knowledge to inform your creative output. On the sports side, areas of focus include, football in Europe and the Middle East.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current workload.
- Be one of the primary managers of Wasserman’s global football social media accounts, working with agents and staff across the division to support their vision and ensure healthy, active feeds.
- Create content plans and calendars, and implement processes to execute the plans across the entire sports talent representation division.
- Build and define a dedicated audience unique to each platform.
- Generate and maintain social media guidelines and best practices for the company that support Wasserman’s mission and strengthen the brand.
- Communicate with key staff, including agents and executives, on content requests.
- Engage with the audience through exceptional copy that is relevant to the social space.
- Generate analytics reports on the performance of the channel, share findings with internal teams, and make suggestions based off this analysis.
- Work closely with the global communications department to execute and uphold the overall Wasserman marketing and communications strategy.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:

- 4-5+ years of experience developing social media creative, editing copy and engaging with online audience.
- Experience in developing digital creative assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac - with some abilities in Adobe Premiere and After Effects preferred.
- Additional languages to English, good to have (German/French/Italian preferred)
- Flawless spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized.
- Expertise in the function and utilization of major social media platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
- A demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, social media.
- The desire and willingness to learn new skills and identify platforms as they emerge.
- Initiative to stay on top of trends and online conversation.
- Passion for sports and sports business is preferred. Basic sports knowledge is a must especially football.
- Ability to build relationships internally and become a trusted resource.
- Experience with social media performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms.
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard, but flexible, hours when necessary to support workflow demands and live events (nights and weekends), anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
