Senior Transformation

**Location**: Barcelona, Porto, London or Munich with hybrid working opportunities.

**The Role in a Nutshell**

As a **Senior Transformation & Operations Manager** at Roboyo, you will play a pivotal role in driving internal transformation initiatives and supporting our growth and scalability, including post-merger and acquisition (MA&A) integration. This position requires a self-starter with a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project manage key transformation initiatives across the global business. This can include anything from supporting system replacements and migration projects to internal process improvements, as well as transformation within and across business functions.
- Establish and own a global continuous improvement process within the company.
- Actively participate in setting a solid foundation for our new Internal Operations function.
- PMO Roboyo’s M&A acquisition integration, as well as supporting due diligence workstreams by ensuring seamless collaboration between key stakeholders and workstreams across the global business.
- Coordinate and Project Manage internal efforts tied to post-merger integrations.

**We are looking for someone who**
- **Is a Strategic Planner**: Can formulate and operate detailed work plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
- **Understands Business Cases**: Has experience constructing and understanding business cases, including knowledge of different value drivers.
- **Has M&A Integration Experience**: Proven experience in managing post-merger integration processes across multiple business functions, such as HR, Finance, Operations, and other relevant departments.
- **Possess Operational Transformation Expertise**: Demonstrates a detailed understanding and experience in operational transformation and optimization.
- **Is Highly Motivated and Driven**: Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, while focusing on solutions as opposed to problems.
- **Is a Natural Team Player**: Brings impactful contributions into both small and large team settings.
- **Has Influencing Capabilities**: Can demonstrate the ability to influence others through a variety of mechanisms to achieve common goals.
- **Is Technically Proficient**: Familiarity with systems such as MS Dynamics, Workday, Kantata, Salesforce, and other relevant tools is a big plus.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification Requirements**
- Master’s degree or similar from an accredited university with strong academic record.
- A proven 5+ years of relevant experience in business transformation and operations.
- Having worked for professional services / management consulting companies would be advantageous.
- Additional certifications like CCMP, CMI, CMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma are also advantageous.

**Language Requirements**
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Any other languages such as German or Spanish are beneficial, but not a must.
